Yeah this is our first real cold snap with temps hitting -33c overnight a few nights.

When we were in Fort St John for a few years in 1978-79 there were a few -68-70c wind chills. Crazy stuff you couldn't even turn your vehicles off lol

- LordHumungous

Thats insane. Coldest I seen it here was 2004 I think when it hit -49. Not wind chill either...

I converted 90% of my assets/ cash to USD a long time ago. I’m a patriotic Canadian but the people of this country are just as guilty as the politicians.
- CanuckDon

No spine, just let it all happen and follow the mainstream narrative, it’s embarrassing.

How does that make any sense?

Canadians have been taking the US for granted as long as I have been alive. And we continue to vote in politicians that destroy our economy and destroy our relations with our global partners. Now we pay the price

Canada to retaliate turns off pipelines & hydro power to the USA 25% of the year. 92 days a year no notice.

New York city blackouts
California blackouts

Excuse need higher revenues to offset tariffs. Drive up the market price.

Time America pays the price

In a comical twist, Trump might actually save Canada and all it’s hockey teams in the process.

Absolutely!! We just sold our place in Grayhawk, give up possession in March, in about 12 months that 900k USD will be worth 3 million Canadian.
- Pacificgem

Are you moving back to the island ? I’ve been seriously considering selling my place but I’m too attached to AZ at this point

My trump avatar I think is because of you lol. He is a fool but it’s kind of hilarious that his insanity might actually help Canada make some changes. We need a kick in the teeth

He chickened out. I tried. Once he brought up me misreading the post, I knew he was already beat. Remember he's married to a red head. He's probably already been kicked around today.

Right, guys a nutbar but he’s forcing Canadians and their idiot governments to be more mindful of not taking the US for granted. All those resources need to get to world markets and they need to wipeout inter-provincial barriers. Breakdown their protectionist attitudes. And stop voting for WEF puppets.

No, just that summers are way too hot here. We’ve relocated to Columbus Ohio for now. I’m working there on and off, they’re paying me too much to quit. We’re gonna see how things playout with what’s going on between 🇺🇸🇨🇦

Best solution is shut off the pipelines & electricity. Gazprom held Germany hostage.
