That could be an red flag. In five years he has 66 points and 30 goals. Six goals a year average. He did have a good year last year with 16.

The reason I made the last post is I see people on X already penciling them in as long time roster. We have a habit as Canuck fans to jump the gun ( me too).

Hronek, Suter, Sherwood, Blueger, Joshua, DeBrusk, Zadorov, Lankinen, Soucy off the top of my head... they have way more hits than they have misses. Even their "misses" haven't been egregious.

That “juice” you are talking about is skill and systems. Skill just took a huge hit with Miller’s trade and the systems employed at the moment seems to be stifling what little offence is available.

PA just brought in size and speed. Scouting reports suggest these new players are at their best in rush-type offensive schemes. Let’s see if the coach can keep up.

Sure, that's fine.. but again, it's not the scouting. The scouting has been relatively good, leagues better than it was before.

Hughes needs someone to protect him. Myers is the only guy left that will drop the gloves if the situation calls for it. He should get Miller's letter while they're at it.

Myers has been just fine & better than his 3m. Truly playing like a top 4.
