I have ZERO faith in Parros. I think his preference would be to fine him "the maximum amount permissible, $2500". So insulting. If the guy is a repeat offender based on the league's definition, he should get a nice # like 10. Since he has been offered an in person, it will be a bit more than the slap on the wrist. He has been suspended 4 times but most recent is April. 3 games for throwing a stick at officials.

There is zero justification for what he did. I hope a message is sent but....

Holy 5h1t man...lol. I'm all for hard-nosed hockey but you can't smash a guy's face into the ice on the draw. lol

Strange that the Stars and Sharks trade hasn't even been mentioned on this site. Obviously sources didn't have advanced knowledge, but not even an analysis afterwards?

That bum Parros gave Rempe 8 for a hit into the boards. Let’s see if Parros throws the book at this scum Hartman

I mean that was a "hit into the boards" much in the same way two cars driving head-on into each other at speed would be considered a fender bender

10 games and close to half a milly in wages forfeited.

That'll do, pig.

All of these hits and transgressions are hotly debated and the home team is usually biased etc. It's all part of the game.

The issue of fair punishment in sports always causes a lot of discussion. Assessing the situation requires taking into account all the circumstances, rules, and precedents. To understand how sanctions work and what is considered fair, it is useful to study professional reviews and analytics. I recommend reading the materials on the igamingbusiness.com/directory/soft2bet/ website — there is information there that will help you better understand such issues and understand the logic of decision-making.
