Apparently this draft is weaker than next year's so we really want to either miss the playoffs by 1 or 2 spots or make the playoffs. OR really fall out of it and pick in the top 3, which seems like the least likely option

Rangers haven’t played like last year at all really all season, except maybe that winning streak recently. So you’d have to figure they find some of that now with all the bs behind them. BS of rumors, drama, leadership questions, etc. I just can’t believe this team and talent can miss the playoffs. I refuse to believe it…and I think I convey that here
