Well we have wingers at least so the depth is there. That sucks tho he’s been a good role player for them. They should call up Groulx and move JBrod down |

What’s Mathesons card - Slimtj100
Will try and find it. I do not want Matheson, as he is an offensive d-man. The player they wanted likely was Matt Roy, if they had moved Trouba this summer. They need someone like that opposite Fox |

Ferraro is more on that side of the puck. He blocks shots like crazy
I just don’t know if they can spend in UFA for one. Since they got Miller now and all these raises coming up. They may have to go for a cost controlled guy |

I'd trade a lot for someone like Vlasic on CHI but they likely won't trade him |

This isn’t to start a fight, but I think y’all will be apologizing to zib soon. He’s gonna explode as a RWer. The morphing will be real. He finally has a good player(s) with him |

Right! lets root for him to be the player he has shown he can still be. He has the rest of this season to prove himself. |

a $8.5m winger needs to produce at roughly a ppg to be worth the contract. The extent to which he exceeds or falls short of that for the rest of the season should be a good indicator of what we've got here. Mind you, his brain is absolutely shattered |

I think he means confidence. And it already looks better
Hot take:
Zib hits 30 goals this year. If he doesn’t I will not delete my account I just think he’s gonna explode after the 4 nations and lead the rangers to the playoffs. Unless they move him to 3C lol I think they really like this alignment tho |

The reaction to Mika getting moved out wide is one of the funniest and panic stricken reactions of all time. I am liking his response. If this is the way to get the most out of him, why not? OK so you leave a hole at 3C, but does Mika even fill that hole anymore? Moving a C who has lost his game to wing to resurrect or lengthen a career isn't unheard of.
We also have to consider that he may refuse to leave. You mean to tell me if he is productive at RW that the NYR shouldn't keep him? I'm excited to see what he can continue to do with JT and Bread.
Is there a more NYR thing than discovering that the best RW and replacement for Buchnevich is in fact Mika Zibanejad? Now that....is funny!
I don't understand why not give Cuylle a look on LW2 and/or jjust let Smith and Laf play on their natural sides?

needs to score at a 55 goal pace for the remainder of the season, or 2 goals in every 3 games. If he does that i'll change my avatar to the NJD logo. If he doesn't you delete your account |

I agree 100%.
Cuylle Trocheck Laf should 100% be the second line
Kreider Groulx Smith imo, line 3..possibly in there somewhere, Kaliyev
Carrick w/ 2 of: Rempe, JBrod or Vesey |

I think he’s capable of 20 goals in 30 games. Yep
I’m not but you can make fun of me like you already do |

If they by some miracle get close to the playoffs, they will trade for and add a 3C. People have been screaming for a player like Nick Bjugstad for years. He will likely be available. |

Smith should never have been in the top 6. Just not his role at all

I think its more about minutes - 1RW gets more ice time than 3C |
