I tend to disagree with this, all of it is being reported, the issue is that nothing is preventing them from doing those things...
kinda like with that birthright policy, for now it's been deemed unconstitutional, but Trump will surely fire the judges that are against it and hire some who will agree with everything he says. the judiciary has no weight.

Trump and his Gulf of America tantrum is getting as much or even more press/air time than some of the poop Musk is doing, including just ignoring judicial renderings.
It is completely a distraction.
It is noise.
And the media just wants as many clicks as they can get, so they do not give a poop.
You may think it is horsepoop, but it is a strategy that Bannon outlined for Trump (and Bannon openly talks about it).

No he can just appeal federal courts and take it to the supreme court which is a conservative majority and he will win there. He already said that's what he will do.

I don't think there is a distraction strategy in place, because the media coverage has no weight either, whether something is more talked about in the news or not means nothing, so why would they even bother having this elaborate smokescreen...
the gulf of America thing for example is just one dumb thing added to the giant pile of dumb things they're doing.

He's just doing everything he said he was going to do in his campaign, he's just doing everything in the 3 weeks and all the Dems and mainstream media can't keep up because they are used to Biden speed.

The fact this is the last time he gets to be president and he doesn't have to worry about being elected again might also explain why he's going all out without worrying about what people say/think.

I can't say I've seen the polls you're referring to. But I highly doubt a large majority of americans agree with ALL the bullpoop he says.
