he is okay. still coughs but the organs are better. the coughs aren't as bad. eats and drinks like a mofo, tho. more cuddly than he ever was.

Turned on the TV and the news was all... MAJOR STORM INCOMING BATEN DOWN THE HATCHES EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE SHUTDOWN!!! 20% of my TV screen was continuous scrolling weather warning tickers.

They were expecting 1-3 inches of snow.

a combo of things. mostly related to small breeds issues. he had been on antibiotics and meds for his heart and liver which both were slightly enlarged. those meds have help those issues.

I don't think people in the downtown core have/had winter tires.

People on the outskirts, upper peninsula likely do.

But it was the early 90s, most people were still on the fence about seat belts, so who knows.

worked in michigan quite a bit and they really aren't very good at the whole snow removal thing. its like indiana. there isn't much to stop the snow from blowing all over the place, either

exactly, I mean, we have the same frickin' winter in Gatineau as in Ottawa, so the fact that I could be driving alongside someone who has summer tires with no grip at all and could swerve at any time makes no sense to me.
