it just so happens i checked on you too.

you are much more susceptible to the cold that DP. eventually you might start to shiver or curl up in a ball to try to preserve your body heat. 45 degrees F is where you start to feel uncomfortable.

i'm just gonna take you back in the house.

My (super spoiled cat) has an extended padded soft fur shelf on the office windowsill, with a padded soft fur board along the bottom of the window so she does not roll over onto the cold window itself, when napping.

All with a heating pad she can turn on herself (and she does) by pressing a button. But sometimes she cries for attention and just wants me to come over and pet her and press the button myself.

my guess would be that cats are more okay in the snow and cold than chickens, but perhaps I'm wrong.

i was surprised too. the chickens have a circulatory system thing that keeps them warm and only tendons in their feet so their feet don't really get that affected. the chicken starts to feel cold at 45 american degrees where the cat is already uncomfortable at that temp. they also have the pads of their paws in the snow to deal with.

Pat, I was back reading ans saw your post about the newest Jake Evans roomers. Renaud Lavoie says that the Canadiens will sign him. Wtf is going on?

I've never heard so much fuss over a 4th liner player that has never scored 40 (frank)ing points in a year. Let him walk and let the kids play. By the (frank)ing time we're ready to compete he'll be more than halfway through the new contract.

Bye-bye!

Yeah.

Alzheimer's is a female dog - especially at advanced stages for someone that wanted to share information and educate.
