Canada beat the Americans in possession in the O-zone time but as Law said, it’s pretty tough to simply outskill good defence. It’s going to take shots on net and hoping for tips, rebounds and chaos.

Yeah it’s tough to win when you only score once but you can’t afford goals like that first one in a game like that. Playing with the lead pushes the Americans into a more offensive game with the potential for counterattacks and opportunities to score off the rush - Canada’s strength. Binnington gave that away.
