The fact there was even a case to begin with is the problem. Then there's the law that compels speech because of pronouns. It's ridiculous and will be used in the future for all the wrong reasons.

Toyota makes great trucks. I drive a Nissan now (poor man's Toyota), and used to drive a vintage Datsun truck back in the 90s. Before the Nissan, I drove a F150 for 230,000 miles.
