Toyota makes great trucks. I drive a Nissan now (poor man's Toyota), and used to drive a vintage Datsun truck back in the 90s. Before the Nissan, I drove a F150 for 230,000 miles.
- GalacticStone

I'm curious, how much of the factory original truck was remaining at 230 K miles?

Me and mz z plan on driving a Ford Escape until it is totally destroyed. It's around 100 000 miles now.

The Tundy has 5700 Km’s on her now. Thunder Bay is 6 hours, Winnipeg is 8

The plan is to drive it sparingly, and keep it forever.

Datsun lol.

Carlin would take the free speech side which is definitely not the left today.

There is a huge difference between "free speech" and dumb (frank)s clucking all day long incessantly trying to yank their cheeto Richards in everyone faces.

I miss the days when you could just crack a dude in the mouth when they run it like you do.

It is seriously time for you to shut all the way the (frank) up.

Every (frank)ing day with you.

Your orange bag of felonious poop WON...and you're not even an Amercian . Now STFU and bask in the glory of the win for the next four years. Enjoy the show with your pie hole shut you whining fuking b1tch.

Or better yet, go spend your days in the streets spewing this same poop you do in here. I'll put $100 on five fuking minutes before your wussy ass gets the beating it deserves. (and not just because your a Trumper, fine enjoy Trump, but can you and your c0ck mewling cult just STFU about it.)

Jesus fuking Christ! Can we get a (frank)ing mod in here so people can just post about hockey for ONE FUKING DAY!?!??!

The body, frame, block, and tranny (heh) were original. Interior was still in good shape for the age and abuse it went through. Was still a nice looking truck right up until it laid down and died in the driveway. 2000 F150 XLT, small block V8, automatic, extended cab with suicide doors, aftermarket headers, dual exhaust, slot mags.

(frank)ing ignition coils were the bane of my existence. About every 25-30k miles it would blow a coil, which would necessitate ripping half of the engine off to get at them and replace them. Usually about $500 per coil with labor. Two of the coils are easy to reach, four are meh, and two are a mother(frank)er to get at. Over the years I replaced the starter, heater core, fuel pump, alternator, and the usuals. My mechanic had a joke. I'd bring it in (or tow it in) and he wouldn't even ask at first what went wrong, he'd just say "Want me to fire the part cannon at it again?"

Sold it to a guy who got it running and uses it on a farm to haul hay bales around his property, I don't think he drives it on the roads any more.

My stepson drives a Tundra 4WD and loves it. Nice truck. I like riding in it like a lazy bum when we go fossil hunting. When he's here, we take the Tundra over my Frontier. His longer bed can more easily accommodate multiple kayaks than my shortbed can. You should see the Sanford and Son strap-down job I have to do to fit two tandem kayaks in my bed. Looks wonky AF on the highway, but it's Florida, so.....

FWIW, I'm happy to fight with you all day long over hockey and Leafs and caphits.

I hate all this political poop. Admittedly, I engage in when duty calls, but I'd rather not. I'd be happy if we could all just be Leafy.

freedom of speech is so much more than just having the liberty of saying what you want, and it's definitely not about protecting hate speech, jfc.

This is my truck. I put some off-road tires on it, but that’s it. I got the crewcab so that comes with a shorter box. My sled (summit) barely fits in the back. Definitely picking up a trailer for my boat. It’s still mint, not a scratch on it. It’s going to hurt a little after I take it into some little backwoods fishing spots, scratches will happen

2024. TRD sport crew cab.

The black was really the only viable option imo.. I don’t think they sell the military green in Canada. My buddy has the Tacoma, and he convinced me to buy the tundra instead. Not nearly as much space inside, and the taco oks only a 4 cylinder.

Yeah, I’m sorta indifferent.

My Dad has a 2000 Tundra. Still driving it. 400+ kms. I guess I’m a little biased.

Sharp looking horse there. I've always liked black, but it doesn't work down here in the sun. It'd be bleached charcoal grey in a couple years of parking it exposed.

Here's my humble 2013 Frontier SV. Low miles for the age (just hit 75k), V6, auto, crew cab. It gets 21mpg which is decent for a larger V6. On the highway it's closer to 24 or 25. Gets me to the boat ramp and back.
