I like Barzal, but I think it's an overpayment for him. He's basically a 20g guy and he's not gonna fill Willy Styles' skates in the goals department.

Dobson would be a nice add though, but it's still an overpay.

I don't think they confirmed anyone.

We all knew our goaltenders would be a weakness, it was the difference vs the USA team.

Now I don't know if Hill or Montembeault would do much better, it's a tough call to make.

Of course they could have not snubbed Logan Thompson and we'd likely be set.

Barzal replaces at least half of Willys production. Having a playmaking (and defensive) C would help out the 3rd line wingers.. so Robertson, Patches etc would produce more with Tavares than Holmberg. No? Am I right? Of course.
