We don't really have an obvious player that replaces him to take defensive draws, it would also ease Beck into the league by starting him on the wing.

And if his salary was 1M, he's actually tradeable at the deadline if needed.

I didn't mention it in the blog but I found interesting Pierre Lebrun said Kent Hughes was trying to make a trade that he would normally do in the offseason.

I think it's possible they are trying to trade Dach for another player who's not playing to potential, like a Cozens or a Zegras.
