mail me some of that food!

so the original tremolo is better than the special? they named them backwards!

what is a D-tuna?

you can mix pickups? like you can have the seymour duncan for the neck pickup but leave the other pickups the way they were?

You'd love that god damn food!!

A D-Tuna was invented by Eddie Van Halen and it's a thing that you pull back and it automatically drops your low-E string down to D without having to unlock the entire trem system to tune just one string.....which in turn untunes all of the other strings because it (frank)s up the psi and balance on the bridge. It really is a genius time-saving device.

And you can put any pick-ups together as long as they're all passive or all active. If you want to have both then you need to do some special mods to pull that off.

LOL!!

Passive pickups use the phantom power from the actual amplifier. So the pickups need an 'external" source of power.

Active pickups are battery-driven so the guitar or bass will have a cutout and cover on the back to house a 9 volt battery. Also, as a rule (maybe not so much anymore with technology catching up) active pick-up tend to be a little "hotter" meaning that they will give you more distortion and aren't EQ'd the same.

I try not to sleep in, keep it routine. Otherwie, I then have a hard time waking up on weekdays

But I do go for a good nap middle of the afternoon on the weekends (and sometimes, during the week).

If I have had a good sleep, I am good to wake up after stretching and playing with the cat for a bit.

If I had a bad sleep, I know if will be a long day, and I just do not want to get out of bed.

I don't normally sleep in either, but I slept horrible on Saturday and have lingering side effects of the food poisoning
