Good guys win. All 3 Canuck goals were clean hockey plays unlike their opponents.

Adversity overcome. Despite the hockey gods having breaks going against the Canucks.

Commons sense Makita. Stakeholders of the team have a right to be angry.

Great game for Garland, nice to watch a winning effort finally.

Hope Myers is okay, looked like that shot caught him in the throat and he was still struggling to breathe even as he got to the bench

-1 1 shot 1 hit 42.9% FO. 2 giveaways

Another stellar line so far…patience

- Nighthawk

I had said the over/ under was 1.5 shots for our top line center and highest paid player , and it would have been the under

Cannot set the bar lower instead of so high?

Amazing take by him since he brags he won’t pay anything to the Canucks. More of an excuse to not have the balls to put his money where his mouth is and throw an EP40 jersey on the ice.

Yes it was by rule. Old days no.
- Nighthawk

You're right. I just checked the rulebook. I must've missed that change.

It was a good rule change imo. Was thinking somebody needs a 10 game LOA to help out Toquey.

If reports are true of a rift with the Sedins , I would bet it's all on EP lack of commitment to physical conditioning.
EP seems to me to be a player that was able to succeed on his skill along the way , but now in the top league, he is not committed to the extra work it takes to be elite.
When he first came hear , all the media repeatedly wrote stories on his desire to not just be the best Canucks player but his drive to be a top player in the league

When you are done crying about Miller being traded, we can all finally move on. We wait for you.
- boonerbuck

I haven’t mentioned Miller on here in weeks. I’ve moved on.

The rinkside guy on the TNT broadcast said he got hit on the side of the neck. That he had a big welt there while he was skating off.

I'm surprised he doesn't get hit there more often. It's such a massive target. But yeah he's a tough kid. Should be fine.

Right! Don claims to not be impacted one way or the other since he is not a fan of the team and does not pay for his tickets. Therefore he is not a stakeholder

We need a top 6 winger to carry a C big time. Probably has to wait til the offseason….Rantanen or Marner

Or a top 6 C to add to Chytil…Vilardi

At this point , even a 1 for 1 of Cozens would be fine , save 4.5 on the cap , get a good Canadian kid 3 yrs younger .
Resign Boeser to mentor and play on his wing and hope Raty takes another step for next season .
Take a swing for Rantanen to play with Raty

Not bad but squeeze more for EP on Boeser it has to be a team contract. Raty destined as bottom 6 C.

Raty has been really good in abby , and playing with good wingers he has room to improve

I hearys but top 2C is a huge ask. I see him as replacing Suter next year.
