Retaining for 5 years? I mean, (frank)ing hell. 2.5 in dead cap every year and you would imagine their magic bean young guys will want their Core-4 deals in the next few years. They better hope the cap goes right up.

I dont think anyone was taking him without all that retention for the duration of his contract. Guy wanted out, not much more they could do.

He just reminds me of....well...the Dubas years. Every year same cast, same results. I would love a defensively sound, big body that can crush with hits than another softish player with a ceiling of 10 or so goals.

I’ve only been to Columbus once. But it was fun. Which is something I can’t say about Toronto. Been over 50 times and it’s always a bore.
