Raleigh is honestly a really poopty place to live. It’s not north enough to be around everything like in NYC, and it’s not south enough to have nice weather in the winter. North Carolina is pig farms, swamps, and rednecks. Raleigh isn’t even on the ocean, it’s inland. Total poophole.

I think we might see 1 or 2 of the Leafs young goalies go as well.. I would be fine parting with both Minten and Cowan as part of the Nelson/Dobson deal.. Especially if they could extend him for 3 x $4 or 5 Mil.

Domi is #1 on my WANT to get rid of list but this is the "most likely to hear the words Pack Your Bags" list. Can't see anybody taking Domi unless it's part of something yuge and the Leafs are paying for him to go. He's got negative value.

Nico Sturm would have been an upgrade over Kampf and Holmberg. Florida is not messing around.

Hopefully Schenn gets flipped again and Parayko is easier to acquire now.

Leafs need these upgrades just to keep pace.

We’re right across from Crofton, directly above Vesuvius in the top batch of houses. Views are spectacular.

We got here at the end of November and it wasn’t too bad. January was pleasant.

54F and no wind. It's actually pretty pleasant. I'm sitting in the truck in shorts with the windows down. My game stream is stable, but the Lightning are losing to Barfalo and I'm low on data so I closed it. Vasi is having a rare off night.
