Laughton is a 4C or can play on your 3rd line wing in a pinch. He’s not a 3C which seems to get thrown around. Good luck but he’s one step up from a plug. Outside of one game he has 7 goals on the year. Helps the PK

That’s not too bad. I’m not high on Laughton so that’s a good get by Briere for once.

I didn't realize how bad he was in Carolina. Wonder if he just was not a good fit. 2 first (thought they'll probably be late firsts) is pretty solid and maybe Stankoven can flourish there.

Yeah and it’s unlikely that pick is anywhere near 10 but a 1st and a prospect is a very solid return at this point.

There have been many deadlines where a player like Laughton goes for a 2nd and 3rd and that’s it.

Better is a very sever stretch. All those players are mediocre. Laughtons played with some decent talent in PHI. He's a 40 point ceiling guy.
