I work for the largest health insurer in the US as an economist and we are laying off thousands b/c the expectation in the market is he is going to cut all of them. Just like he is gutting everything else right now w ELOON. All of it to pay for the tax breaks to the corps and his wealthy buddies. All while adding trillions in debt to the taxpayers.

SS is not a debt. It is a federal surplus that all tax payers pay into. 100% incorrect. Money is paid into it by taxpayers and retirees draw on it. Whatever is left is used for federal funding...

and technically Medicare is not a debt. It does contribute to the national debt but not a debt in and of itself. Danny and I went to the same school except I actually graduated from Wharton.

That money that people put into retirement accounts has been raided by the government multiple times over to pay for other programs. There is no lockbox. Medicaid and SS account for almost all the unfunded obligations

Nobody is arguing against waste. But when DOGE keeps showing the receipts and then backing off of them it is smoke and mirrors. Tell me, who is getting the money for all these reductions they CLAIM to have? You think that is goig into the pocket of everyday Americans? LOL.

As I said - I work in healthcare. Do you have any idea what Dr's, Researchers and medical staff are going through at the moment? The NIH grants are paused and there is no information being provided on disease states. Ask RFK Jr about the measles... just take some Vitamin A FFS and you'll be fine

DOGE literally is taking their "receipts" off the website b/c they are garbage. That 8B dollar reduction they were so loud about ended up being $8M - $6.5M when you consider it payments made. They literally took it off the website b/c it was total BS.

None of the reductions will end up in our pockets.
