Bettman says the #NHL is re-evaluating the 2026 All-Star Game format in New York because they’ve “raised the bar” with what an All-Star weekend might look like as a result of success at #4Nations.
Well sounds like they're still going to have the all-star game at UBS, but it could look very different. It will probably still be terrible.

I'm rooting for him. I already like the Avalanche so it's not hard. I hope he gets himself a Cup before his career is over.

#Isles will get an event, whether it is a version of ASG or something else down the road. Bettman told us this up in Buffalo back in 2023 and reiterated that today.

No they respect the fans and know that 3v3 hockey isn’t hockey. The fans non interest in the ASG told the league they need to rethink the All Star Game. It used to be viewed a bit to see the best play together against each other.
Then they turned it into a pond hockey game.
No matter what they do they won’t have the fire and competition in the players like they did in the 4 nations tournament.
Stop with the gimmicks and stick to hockey and quit trying to reinvent it.

I watched a bunch of the Dallas game this past Sunday. Although he only had an assist, he was very involved in game play. Had a nice screen on Nichushkin’s goal and won the face off in OT that led to the Avs winning.
