Yes, they have value. But we have to be realistic here and understand they don't have Jack Eichel, Stone, Hertl, Hanifan value. At least, IMO they don't. The Flyers just simply dont have the value in assets to acquire players like that. Even the 1st for Laughton is at best in the mid to upper 20's. In most drafts that is a second or 3rd line player unless they get very lucky. This team needs multiple elite players and they have no realistic path to get them as long as they continue on this path.

I was curious about revisting the returns for Stone and Eichel. Here's the breakdown. I just did not feel like breaking down Hertl and Hanifin honestly-
Mark Stone and Tobias Lindberg for Erik Branstrom, Oscar Lindberg and a 2nd round pick. At the time, Branstrom was considered one of the best Dmen prospects not playing in the NHL at the time. Lindberg was a bottom 7 forward who showed some scoring ability who had size. Couple years down the road, McCrimmon won obviously.
Jack Eichel and '23 3rd round pick for Alex Tuch, Peyton Krebs, '22 1st round pick, '23 2nd round pick. Tuch was a top 6 forward playing in the NHL, and Krebs was 20 at the time and a former 1st round (17). Picks exchanged speak for themselves. Now the caveat with Eichel could be well he needed to neck surgery. Fair enough.
However, any potential elite players have some sort of issue because that is the reason they are available in the first place. As an example, I am strongly on do whatever it takes to trade for Elias Pettersson. All the reasons for why not to trade for him have been written and talked about extensively already. The belief that Briere cannot put an offer to get him, I do not believe. Now, it may involve players and assets currently deemed untouchable publically at the moment. Hopefully, that is just public posturing not actually a belief.
