No one dies from love. I guess Fred and Xizord would be the first. Will we remember you? Or are the memories too stained with blood now? |

it may have not been the singer as i think about it. which is an issue in itself. i digress.
whoever wrote the songs is the one who died. shortly after they released a 2nd album.

ohhh, that's why corny from the podcast always jokes "that took as long as boston's 3rd album" when somehting takes too long. |

it was actually their 2nd that took forever. but the point is the same.
there was no way they were going to come close to their first and its pretty much paralyzed them creatively. |

Did you get one installed or you bought the adaptor you put on your toilet? - Symba007
Bought the adaptor. It's very easy to install.
Even plugged the hot water in so the softies at home don't get sprayed with water that's "too cold".

we had motown 45s all over the house growing up.
we found all kinds of weird records in that big-piece-of-furniture-record player. there were motown 45s and a herman's hermit's record and a saturday night fever record and a muppets saturday night fever record. it was weird. |

The first song I remember discovering for myself, not something my mother would play, was My Girl by the Temptations. I was maybe 4/5, and playing outside, and this older girl in the neighborhood was playing the record on her front porch.
I was just pulled into that song immediately, I even remember that moment vividly in my mind... and I think that was when I started to fall in love with music.
