Laf best game of the season probably. Maybe the teams best game of the season. Solid all around, top to bottom

Laf was noticeable, still has some work to do. Zib had a very good game. Agreed all around they played solid.

It was a good game, I just worry... push come to shove against the top teams, this defense will not be able to hang.

Freakin Canadiens winning. I still think the devils can be caught

They get in its whole new feeling imo. New season. Probably less pressure all things considered. No one will expect them to do much

Im not discounting their chances of getting to the playoffs. The problem is we have some serious holes.

In an ideal world. Miller and Schneider would rekindle that connection they found this time last year when they were playing like a top pairing. Soucy and Borgen would be that towering shutdown 3rd pair. However we have no one for Fox.

Personally, as a wild card move. Id try Kreider, who was drafted as a center, to play in that role. If Im Lavy, I come to him and I say "we need you". "We got a couple talented kids and no one to lead them on the 3rd line." Stick him between Othmann and Berard and let them loose.

Good road game, I thought the jackets had the edge in the 1st and third. Igor played really well, Jackets goalie blew it on the misplay.

Left side of Hague Miller Stanley next year

Hague Fox
Miller Schneider
Stanley Borgen

(Kesselring instead of Fox would be ideal, but I’ll settle for this)

They both sound good. MacDonald sounds like a kid we could really use.

Serious question, I can’t really think of any off the top of my head. But how many of these actually work out? Gilory Hayes Vesey Mcbain come to mind, but who else? And I wouldn’t say any of them (except Hayes and possibly Mcbain) actually turn out to be good.

Doesnt mean you shouldnt roll the dice. It doesnt cost us anything to throw a dart.

Rangers have to get a 3C, and 1LHD in order to be whole, or ready for contention. JT Miller to be named captain

The top 6 is set you would think. Zib haters need embrace this new Zib. It’s what we’ve wanted for a very long time. He’s becoming a hybrid C/RW, with Miller doing the same thing, and it’s working. Laf will get up to speed with them, and it becomes our horse line you’d hope. I really believe this is the answer as a “top line”.

Panarin Trocheck Cuylle is building chemistry.

Bottom 6 is the pits. It has no cohesion to it, it’s a jumbled mess. Play Jusso over Othmann for now. He’s not doing anything

Fox looked good tonight. So that’s a good sign. But shifts with him and Jones are very dangerous out there. And why is he on the Pk for gods sake, he doesn’t need to kill penalties
