Hmm. I actually kind of like this. He put it directly on the players. Also a veteran coach's message to the management about the leadership within this group.

Nobody played great. JT missed that wide open net from Knies, then missed his chance to tie it at the end. Matthews is struggling HARD. Willy no defence as usual. Laughton is just bad. Marner was fighting it most of the night, the puck was bouncing around on him. It was just a bad game, bad effort. Disappointing.

Just funny how Mitch has easily been their best player since the 4NFO, well since the beginning of the year and he has one not great game and diapers are filling up again. Go back to your shanties.

Leafs usually end the season playing like poop…well last 5 games or so. Maybe this year they’ll figure it out by then and end on a high…or not.
No expectations - only way to roll with this team.

I stopped going to games two years ago. If I have to suffer, I better do it from home.
Usually crowd was very quiet and not engaged at all, even after 4 beers. I am not sure if 200g of Vodka can bring some life to them.

Since he got here, every Leaf has raised their compete level and team caresi is through the roof.
