I think the point was that between the 2 they needed to focus more on defense than offense, as they missed the net way more often than usual in those other games, but you definitely aren't an MSL fan, so I get it.

I’m a MSL fan. I’m not a fan of Robidas and Letowski. We don’t to rebuild the team AND the coaching staff at the same time. We need some veteran presence back there that can help make the next step. Not the players showing the coaches…..

I’m talking collectively for the road trip, but yeah single out this singular game I guess. Goaltending and defence haven’t been great for a while now. 15 goals against in less than 3 games

Now granted, overhaul was a poor choice of words (thank you Pat), but it needs to be set up for the future.

The youth are the bricks, but the proper veterans need to be the mortar my friend.

You can’t have a vet like Matheson making more rookie-like mistakes than Hutson….

There a part of me that's realizing that it's the first time in a while that I'm not completely apathetic at this stage of the season, and it's a good feeling.

The other part realizes this team is far from being able to contend, it needs to add way more talent.

I'm not sure I'm interested to watch them limp into the playoffs just to see them get their asses kicked

that's because he is not in the right chair. Matheson is a decent #3 or #4, not a #1. not his fault we do not have better than him to take that spot.
like when Koivu was our #1C. can't really blame the players.
