but its really not. celery salt is key here. it brings it all together. then there is other way they are done here.

steamed bun, relish, onions and mustard. goes really well with greasy fries.

I'm all for mixing it up and putting a bunch of garnish but those look like you need to unhinge your jaw to eat them if you don't want everything falling in your plate or on the floor.

its doable, easily. you just need a systems. eat the tomatoes first and the rest is easy peasy. getting the poppy seeds out of your teeth is more difficult.
