I'm great, I'm getting married in May and she comes with a dog and awesome siblings and nieces and stuff so can't complain at all.

Thank you, the weight loss seems to be helping but the med change I’m in the middle of might be doing that as well. Meeting with the neurosurgeon yet again in July, a second lobectomy is up for debate.

Instead of 2-3 seizures a month tho I’ve only had one since mid January

Yeah I get that, it’s like going on stage for me, nervous to start on stage but the comfort hits and it’s so damn relaxing it’s a gift. I imagine being halfway down the mountain feels that way skiing too?

Well they’re looking at my vagus nerve again because they’re tentative about opening my skull again, and yes, that nerve is affected by weight. That was my primary motivator anyways. I’ll look into the ketogenic diet tho, I’ve been eating a lot of raw veggies, thankfully I’ve always loved those and I have next to no sweet tooth.
