not necessarly. I think they have 4 call ups max they can make. Kapanen does't count as one, so that gives them a extra one.

yup, and I don't see why they wouldn't allow Kapanen to practice with the team so that he plays more regularly, giving him the same ice time as Pezzetta doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.
