In one less game, Ovi is a much better scorer than Gretzky considering goalie equipments are bigger and the game is faster now. Gretzky is a better all around player |

heard someone on tv this week saying,
it took a long a glorious career for Ovie to tie Gretz' goal record.
now think of this, remove all the goals to Gretz, just count his assists... he is still the all time leader in points, ahead of guys like Dionne or Lemieux.
