The truth is, the coach has to remain in control, and the players have to fear him. When there’s a players stepping out of line, he needs to assert himself in charge. As a manager I deal with this often. If you give them an inch, they take a mile and the next thing you know you got a full blown mutiny on your hands. The world has gone soft. With HR and other things becoming too worker/player biased, it takes away power from the person in charge.

Nowadays, so many companies have 3rd party certification requirements. One of the things an auditor does is interview the employee and ensure they are treated properly. If not, certifications get revoked and those responsible are often fired.
