Assuming they finish with a record that puts them in the top 13 of the draft, easy assumption, at what point do they have to declare what they are doing with that pick. Can they wait till draft night and make the decision when their turn comes or do they have to declare before that time.

Cant be any worse than those who actually think Drury wanted to punt the season and not make the playoffs.

I believe before that. Maybe a few days after the lottery or something like that. It’s a bad spot we’re in with that pick.

Nothing about this season or an off-season “retool” makes me feel confident this team won’t be a lottery team again next year. Imagine giving PITT a top 5 pick so we can have 33-37 year old JT Miller?
