Schneider could very well get traded next summer. Getting Morrow could light a fire under his ass where he really shines this year - jimbo83
Schneider I feel is the more complete player, but we will see. |

Trading Schneider would be a mistake
I wasn’t crazy about trading Miller, I think there’s a lot of untapped potential there. But signing Gavrikov and getting what we got for him, trading him was a no brainer. I like Morrow as a prospect as well. |

No matter what, this is a bubble team at best. Even with all the Ifs. |

The thing we have is Shesty. Not sure Brukie understands that a goalie is in fact taken into consideration with players. Especially motivated to win like he is. Imagine Shesty in Edm and not skinner? There is a reason why Shesty was given that contract and some of it is to lure future players, ie-mcdavid - jimbo83
If the Oilers had a 11.6 per goalie they wouldnt be able to have Mcdavid, Leon and a 4th line no matter what, is something that you need. |

The point went over your head. McDavid would want a good goalie on his team and he currently doesn’t have that. Therefore there is a CHANCE we could get him. We can give him money and have the goalie
It’s actually a shame he plays in Edm. He should be a freakin NYR |

Correction. A bubble team won the Stanley Cup, not bubble teams.
The Los Angeles Kings won the Stanley Cup as an 8th seed in 2012. They were the first and only eighth seed to win the Stanley Cup since the conference-based seeding system was introduced in 1994 |

Buffalo got slaughtered on that trade. Peterka is a borderline all star |

Ranger fans complain about us giving out clauses, NJ has 14 guys with a clause of some sort. Thats nuts
We have 10. But some of them are done by next year |

To be fair, we got rid of Goodrow Trouba Kreider who all had clauses also. |

Thing is all these players get it now for the most part. I guess it’s an earn it over the years thing, and he got out from the worst ones at least. Mika probably the worst now but maybe he’ll improve |

In case it’s not clear, I’m not sure why there is/was a fixation on Hague other than the fact that he’s big. He’s very mediocre |
