I'm struggling with this Domi-Tavares-Nylander line.

They have about 37 minutes together since the Four Nations and are +3 (3-0) - but they are routinely outchanced but their HD chances are even.

I feel like defensively the line is a nightmare without the puck but they just get lucky over and over again. The PDO of 1.24 pretty much suggests that, but . . .geez if doesn't make me feel like the old Kessel lines. Like defensively just pray and hope and then go for the breakout bomb and hope that Nylander or Tavares cash on the line's 21.5% shooting.

That PDO for perspective - only two players in the league, on their own, carry a higher PDO - Robertson on the Rangers, in 15 minutes of ice time - and Demidov on the Habs, in 12 minutes of ice time.

Ya, I don't see it working either. If I'm watching right he's also using Rielly's pairing with that line a lot. For me that's a lot of dzone coverage issues.

I don't know what the options are but you just sit there like . . . "Don't use that line in the playoffs. Please!" I think Ottawa will cycle them into the ice and they'll never touch the puck.

We have the iptv and it’s decent for regular season. Buffers every once in awhile so I’m thinking about purchasing sportsnet for the playoffs. It’s to bad I can’t buy it for only 7 days though.

My IPTV is really glitching for sporting events lately. Almost unwatchable. Even the sound is off…like sped up.

I've been begging for him to swap 34 and 91's wingers atleast to give it a nice long look. Marner protects JT and Matthews and Nylander ensure Domi spends most of the night in the ozone making plays.

My wife keeps wanting to ditch our Bell Fibe and go straight iptv. This is EXACTLY why I keep saying no way Jose.

My fear is it glitches game 7 OT! 😳

I can’t watch the sportsnet or tsn feed. I have to switch to the opposing teams feed and it works great that way. It’s weird.

I also have always wanted more of the JT / Marner line with and Willy & AM combo. 🤷‍♂️ guess we are stuck with what the coach does and it doesn’t look like he’s very interested in it.

I actually wonder if part of the why not is the fear of a bruised ego…..

I held onto cable for about 10 years just because of sports. Once I switched to Rogers ignite I had issues with buffering because it runs on wifi. The one thing I wish I did was keep one cable hard wired box in the house. Never had any issues that way. Now I just don’t want to be behind on the feed or have it buffer during a playoff game.

So here’s my opinion as a beer league GM:

Switch your lines on a regular basis.

Your players will adapt quicker than the opponent will adapt to the new wrinkles.
