He's gonna be a doozy. You'd never know he was 16 out there unless you checked the birthday. Big, fast, physical, excellent sense and reads. Can put the puck in the net. 21 goals as a rookie Dman. - Load Management

Sounds good.
He is the kid I was hoping the Caanucks would get, bit you know, meaningless wins at end of season, blew that chance, unless he somehow drops down - Reubenkincade
Bro we have a really good 0.5% chance of drafting 5th overall.
I wonder what the cost would be to trade into the top 10.
Is that Reschny kid worth considering at 15th?
Had a good year and is tearing it up for your Royaals in playoffs.
Also, from a great little town in Saskatchewan. Lots of great people in Macklin, with a population of about 2600. - Reubenkincade
I’d say he is, looks like a big time player. - K-man25
He has been so far. Victoria has the best PP in the WHL in the playoffs. His playmaking is a big part of it. He's also Centering one of the hottest lines in the league right now.

Lots of centers to choose from in that 14-24 ranking. Going to be interesting to see where it all falls.
Went to try read a bit at hf, but Holy crap, the Pouty guzzlers there are worse than Makita and Lefty. - Reubenkincade
Was mainly expected. What stood out to me most was Petey just is Petey. They are hoping he grows into something he isn't yet and may never be. Quinn said he believes in him but even appeared a bit angry at him.

Thanks.
I will watch even less next season, if Pouty is still here.
Columbus and Anaheim have nice young teams with more than 2 Canadians on the team, maybe take a hiatus from the Canucks, for the remainder of his contract.

I’ve just begun a deeper dive into possibles we could pick. He was one to stand out among a few others.
This year will be different, or at least I hope so. I went all in on the Jets and Lightning in the playoff pool last night. - Marwood
I think you did well going all in on those 2. Imo they stand out as teams to beat regardless of the gauntlets they face. Both are built for the PO’s & a stellar goalie.
I wouldn't be surprised if he goes earlier than he's projected. Size might be a concern, his skating has improved and he sees the ice really well. He's been on a nice upward arc since he got here. It's been an absolute treat watching his line perform this playoffs.
Next season Verhoeff will be another definite 1st rounder. I'd love the Canucks to draft that kid. He's got everything you'd want in a Dman. - Load Management
Is it true his vision & hockey IQ stand out ignoring his size of course? I’m liking those particular traits in a C if to make it as a 2C one day.

I’ve wondered on that myself.
My guess our 1st & maybe Mynio.
Idk if this draft warrants trading up.
I think I lean more to a trade down if PA & scouting have a player targeted further down. It gets pretty scattered mid draft & many ways to choose.

Maybe Hughes can get through to him as a pro he has to be better & put in the work & there is plenty of it to do. 11.6m already says that & there is no runway left for excuses or funks.

This kid has been getting his ass wiped from Benning, Allvin, Aquilini since he got drafted, now Hughes is supposed to wipe his ass, fuck that, trade him, waive him, buy him out, enough is enough with this POS
