Yeah man. The coyotes are crawling all over the place.

It's like when you correct your dog firmly, you put a bit of growl in your voice, they hear that.

Our dog is a mini schnauzer so the plan is pick her up, and go off like a wrestling promo. Airhorn works good too.

There's a family of them that live in a den off the first fairway of my golf course.

They've killed a few little dogs in the neighbourhood, including of a golf member, so you have to be careful for speaking too positively about them.

But damn, I love them. They have absolutely no fear of humans - they'll happily saunter across a fairway, or just lie somewhere on the side of a hole sunning themselves.

We saw one crossing major road very close to our house with road full of cars.
And couple of small dogs were killed by them on our street. They are not afraid of anyone.

Technically speaking, "Coywolves" is just a nickname. They are the Eastern Coyote.

Yes. Lion. Wedgie you're always thinking up such brilliant ideas that can't possibly go wrong. But the Lion might get lonely so maybe get a Lion and a Tiger and a Carol Baskin

Calgary is next level.

There’s lots of parks along the river, or nose hill etc, and the Yotes thrive. Tons of hares for them to eat, but they seem to prefer schnauzers. They come out of the canyons at night and prowls the suburbs. It’s a war zone

We have pepper spray, but never take it with us. These two were younguns. Cute little buggers. Sure hope they put a dent in the tick spreading rabbit population. Already squished 3 ticks in the house.

lol. You think there’s wild wolf populations in Mississauga?

Coyotes are just getting bigger. Very few wolves in S.Ontario. Even Algonquin wolves are smaller, more like a coyote.
