Oh man, I miss her.
She was sexier than that actress from The Crying Game.
I never saw the end of that film, but the first half was pretty good! |

When I was in Mississauga we used to see Coywolves all the time. Big mother(frank)ers. Heard one tear a neighbors dog to shreds once - AdamFrench
Lots of coyotes where I am.
They'll be a whole pack (10 or more) in the street howling, like a dog version of the Warriors movie "come out and playeeeaa". I think they do that to hear other dogs howling back then they can find their dinner. So many friends have lost dogs to the coyotes.
I have this weird no fear of animals at all, I'll go out and chase all those (frank)ers away. My old ass is gonna fall one day and get eaten alive. |

No fair you guys get all the fun. I've only seen 1 coyote ever in Milton - systemtool
We see them all the time here in Milton, but mostly walking the dog after dark. Easily had half a dozen face to face encounters with them here.
One my daughter and I came upon as we neared the end of the path in the woods beside us. It was a big one, and it was scoping our next door neighbours yappy Bichon Frise. Another one walked halfway across a soccer field toward us as the dog was growling and I was yelling at it. That one freaked me out a bit. |

There's a family of them that live in a den off the first fairway of my golf course.
They've killed a few little dogs in the neighbourhood, including of a golf member, so you have to be careful for speaking too positively about them.
But damn, I love them. They have absolutely no fear of humans - they'll happily saunter across a fairway, or just lie somewhere on the side of a hole sunning themselves. - Atomic Wedgie
A lady in my hood saw a group of five of them while walking her dog and knocked on a random door to be let in for safety. But yeah, they are absolutely beautiful animals.
There are some beavers tearing up poop in my neighbourhood too, so I was reading abouty them. Also I encounter them a lot while fishing Toronto waterways. Don't (frank) with a beaver because they are big and powerful and will (frank) you up just for the sheer love of killing.
Seriously though, a .22 bullet can just bounce off a beaver's head. You need to bring the heat with those bastards.

You lucky bum. I don't have a dog but maybe the wife will start walking me after dark instead of when it's day out.

My mom's bf was telling me, he had them on his property. Bounced a .22 off the head. I think he switched to a shotgun slug or .308 or something.

True.
I've seen them in milton multiple times....a couple of times (many years ago) they would come out of a corn field into the baseball diamond while I was playing centerfield.
Not an issue now as the field is a 4 lane road. |

Makes sense. Leafs havent gone up 3 - 0 on a team in decades.
Leafs gotta weather the storm for the first 10 mins and score first. |
