In Habs land here I expected a lot of whining about the uncalled-highstick-on-Caufield but I was amazed how much all the fans I met today were just obsessed with how Laine was bad. Yes he was really bad but the Habs defense was bad. But yeah, the refs were bad last night too. |

To be clear: They cross checked Lorentz down in the corner. I mean they established that they aren't putting up with any cross checking this game, right?
I mean they tripped Pacioretty at the blue line and Knies by the net - but there was no call, so I was guessing that tripping wasn't a penalty.
But Lorentz "trips" the German diving Queen and that's a penalty?
