Parayko, Pionk, Fowler all very plausible. +2500 ones are pretty nice too. |

This is quote from Brian Boyle about Sullivan.
“He puts players in positions to succeed,” added Brian Boyle, who played for the Penguins in 2021-22 and had Sullivan as an assistant coach with the Rangers. “If you have a creative group, he lets you be creative. If you have a physical group, he wants to bring that out of you. He certainly wants everyone to defend, no matter what. He wants to play a puck-pursuit game no matter what.”

Well, first off, the team will most likely go back to a zone defense and a 2-1-2 formation. So that should be a positive. The one thing I read about Sullivan is you need to skate in his system, you have to move. |

I know you guys don’t wanna hear it, but it’s coming together. Drurys vision of a champion I mean. This was the coach he wanted so it’s why he’s fired two of them. We know we have a good team with most of these guys and he will get the most out of them. |

If he lets them be physical, and demands they backcheck and relentless puck pursuit, I’ll have 0 issues with him. I have no problem with him holding players accountable.
The only hesitancy I have is the Pens fans as a few random places I’ve read online about him hating the after the whistle stuff and giving veterans an extremely long leash while not giving younger players the same chances.
Time will tell. |

Neil Pionk, 42 minutes for the Jets. We need a guy like that for Fox. |

He really has no choice but to play and trust some group of young guys, because they need to use those ELCs. Whoever that turns out to be
Btw, idk the plans for him, but Sykora had a hattrick in 6 minutes the other night. In some game in Slovakia I think |

Knies would’ve been the perfect player to offer sheet. But I don’t think we can bc we don’t own our own 2nd round pick. (Up to 4.58 million)
We could however, give PITT this years pick (11-13) and offer sheet him between 4.58x - 6.87 which would send our 2026 1st and 3rd to TOR.
Trade Kreider and Panarin to recoup some of the assets lost, keep Laf on the RW and call it a day. Adding a 22 year old, 6’3 230 lbs kid that can FLY, would be a huge step in the right direction for this club. |

I’m more worried, like the bum Lavy did, the PP being 2 for 43 and he still rolls out Panarin Zib Miller etc (the same crew that’s 2 for 43) all bc they’re “vets”.
I know veterans will get a little bit longer of a leash naturally, but there was WAY to long of a leash for some of these guys. Which IMO contributed to some of the lazy play, there was no repercussions. |

Hes already gonna get a mega contract, but... the McDavid/Draisaitl effect obviously pad his numbers. |

Coming out in the 3rd period, the Jets looked like a completely different squad. They were skating harder, getting to the puck faster and were putting far more pressure on the Blues and Binnington. Resulting in what obviously happened. |

That will be on him, chase the money or continue playing on a team that will always be in the conversation for a Cup run. |
