He’s a bust. Put Crosby, Mathews, McDavid, Hedman etc under the same coaches Laf has had and they’d still be the same players they are. Laf just isn’t a top tier talent.

I agree with this. I do also think Laf with better coaching better than he is. But generational players aren’t developed. They are studs out the gate usually

A player will succeed if he has the talent, Lafy just isnt high end talent. Probably at best a 70 point guy.
