Great restaurant. I’ve eaten there a number of times on business trips.
Braseiro is one of my fav restaurants to take reps and customers to in Montreal. Love that place so much, I could marry it.

Maybe we can start the thread that says trade Willy, at the end of the year, for picks and sign Marner and Knies to keep Cap compliant.

Silly? but would it have been easier to just fly into Montreal and get an uber to get the moving van etc? I only ask because I know a guy who flew his kid to see the game in Montreal last night via Porter and said the flight was awesome.

Costco has them sometimes and they are delicious.

Warning though they make you thirsty as all hell so budget more for your beverage needs if you’re chomping down on these or putting these out for guests.

Just was looking at Soviets Roster on these Olympics and can't believe how they could blow it to any team.

There is a theory - one which I am happy to tell - that the Soviets purposely lost in order to get the US to get Olympic fever - so they wouldn’t boycott the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow.

Some pretty weird poop happened in the game.

Tikhonov pulled Tretiak for no apparent reason.

One US goal was scored at the end of a period, when several Soviet players had already left the ice.

I had no idea about that. Usually Soviets won Olympics easily without NHL participation. To be honest I don't remember any of them, not just in 1980.
The same with Worlds, it was weak or no competition at all from Sweden and Czechoslovakia mostly.
For sure they did not talk about it then, they were very serious about all International competitions, especially about Chess. Boriss Spasky was taken a part in 1972 after he lost title to Fisher.
