Like in a lot of things in life, the people who create their own problems by instigating or doing stupid things then resort to crying about it professing to be the victim.

Then when they are scolded or punished for it they double down on the victim speech vs being mature enough to accept the consequences of their own actions a la FAFO.

I mean look at the Florida Panthers or Tampa Bay Lightening as 2 of many examples.

They whine and cry about the punishment their players received for the stupid actions of their players when 99% of the world think the actions and either agreed with the punishment or thought it should be more.

Yeah, I got a month's furlough for criticizing the Blackhawks drafting Conor Bedard and Chicago being taken to the cleaners for believing that this guy is a bonafide Superstar. My point was: His upside might be a Mitch Marner type player, but not a Connor McDavid or Austin Matthews quality player.

Well losing Montembeault and now Carrier pretty much seals it. Maybe they get one more win but I doubt it.

Good effort by the young team though, a few lucky bounces and they could have stolen that series.

There were times they looked the better team for sure. I also felt like Washington was guilty of taking them lightly. I'm not sure I think the Caps can handle Florida or Tampa or the Leafs if we get through.
