Glad you're getting in some playoff action. Good luck charm over there.
How do you feel they're playing compared to the big club? Noticeable difference in systems? - NewYorkNuck
Systems were similar, but from the games I’ve seen they really struggle with hitting the net in the 1st. Shots are wide
what’s noticeable is the physical aspect of the players, everyone hit and not just a glancing blow. Except Mueller he is not as physical but is only 5’11”, he usually centers a line with De Giuseppe and Karlsson, not sure if he will make the NHL but what do I know.
I watched it on flohockey, hirose looks good at this level, Blais was a wrecking ball, Mancini is a wall, lekker looks lost but he made a good defensive play on the wall that created a 3 on 1. - Bettmanhatesus
Did you see the 1st few minutes, I think Brisebois was in the corner and just threw the puck into the middle…right on a Colorado stick for a point blank shot on Silovs, whole place just groaned and then cheered like hell when Silovs made a fantastic save.
Sadly, Mark Scheifele's dad passed away last night. Assuming he doesn't play, the Jets are in tuff tonight. - Pacificgem
Not a chance I would miss the game if I was him. Maybe that's just me, but I would be playing for my Dad 100%
And I have a pretty good idea how he must feel as my Dad passed away this afternoon.

Just read he will be playing, apparently his dad was a huge fan and he would want him to play.

Sorry to hear man. Sending good vibes and condolences your way.

Blais is a wrecking ball for sure, Bains as well. - Makita
I did see it and shook my head. Silovs is a big game goalie it appears, this is the third run of his young career.

He already has - he played 2 games at the end of the season.
Put up great numbers for his 1st pro season as a 21/22 yr old.
Pretty impressive for a 4th rounder 5'11 185 - average size.
He's tenacious, clutch and will continue to improve - found money.
I see Mueller, Sasson, Raty, Mancini, Bains, Klimavich, Kudraseyev having huge upside, untapped potential and cost control/value
Thanks Sausage King,
One of these days I will have to make to the island for a beer and a improved clinch knot tying session.

Anytime Bro. I've got a great group of friends out here that can pretty much guarantee you'd leave with a decent hangover, memory loss, and unexplained anal chaffing.

So, Dallas and Edmonton in the Western Conference Finals, that's three straight WCF for Dallas and three of the past four seasons for Edmonton to the WCF. Meanwhile, the Canucks have been to the Western Conference Finals three times in their 55 year history... ...
Man it's hard to be a Canuck fan most days!!
Edit: Flyers have been the Eastern Conference Finals 16 times.
Jinxed, infected, rusted and pocked with holes of corrosion.
Sunlight is the best disinfectant....pettiness of millionaires, soft mindsets, all laid to bare....good for conversation, not so much for hockey.
All rear view now....
Coach, WeWillie.....figured.
I expect Pete to hit the ground running, or he's in for a LOOONNGG year.
Trade Garland (squeeze value out)
Keep Quinn (at least another year....)
Give Linus a try(us)

8 years ago today we lost Chris Cornell, what a shame.
