They have a bit more room to adapt since they separated from Hockey Canada. They govern themselves and can recruit inter-provincially. But yeah, they're taking a big time hit.

The Vees were one of the more vocal clubs for the league leaving. Then jumped ship to the W 2 years later. Which is under the Hockey Canada umbrella. Chilliwack is in a complicated position as well. There's a few interesting reads about the whole BCHL situation and WHL expansion if you Google it.

Mulhotra’s son plays for chilliwack, he’s pretty good from what I’ve seen, I went to the playoff games against the spruce kings.

I feel like management should think about a Hronek for Robertson deal. Get a center and role with Mancini, Myers, Willander on the right side next year.

I also read we are looking into Batherson in Ott, trying to make a deal

Not a bad idea but maybe keep Hronek with Hughes for now? Focus on bringing in a solid Center (Horvat coming back?) then maybe make a pitch for Marner. Marner and Horvat here would pretty much solve losing Miller.

Well Lordy, my solution would be trading Pouty & Demko, to start with.
When they trade or sign UFA's they should stay away from players who are under 6' and under 200lbs.
Do what you can to keep Hughes and make the team playoff ready.
