Oilers just broke an NHL record with 5 straight come from behind victories in the playoffs.

Apparently Vegas was like 26-0 while leading at home or something?

You won't see him after a dominant Oil victory.

Come from behind in the 3rd winning in the last couple of minutes =/= dominant win.

Good game.

Lots of great games in this playoffs.

This shows you didn't watch the game clearly lol. Vegas had one shot in the 2nd period lol.

Besides the fact that it's common for trailing teams to shoot more, vegas also missed the net pretty close to about 10 times in the second. They struggled to get it on net.

And if you're gonna go strictly by shots anyway that paints a close 1st and 3rd.

It was a good game. Not dominant in either direction.

That third period didn't even look like the Oilers, they just dominated. Oilers need to get their act together at the beginnings of games.

Taking that penalty sure didn't (frank)ing help out

They pretty much had the same amount of missed shots/attempts blocked

Ten even strength shots for Vegas as a whole, not gonna cut it

Agree, it took Edmonton a while to get rolling but once they did, Vegas held on. I’m sure Cassidy will adjust and have them ready to play next game.
The Jets-Blues series seemed to have more hitting, same as the Oiler-Kings. I’m sure the hate will ramp up the next few games.

I was a little surprised he didn't make better adjustments going into the third.

If you want to get pedantic I will concede it wasn't a dominate GAME for the Oilers, but at no point did Vegas have a good game. Oilers played poorly in the first, let in two goals, and then dominated for two periods. You could argue that yes, they had the same amount of shots in the third but that's because Oilers decided not to shoot the puck for 10 minutes despite controlling most of the play. Oilers held play until they made one too many passes trying to find the perfect shot, Vegas would skate down and just immediately get rubbed off the puck, maybe while getting a low scoring chance shot off. Not to mention historically Vegas is supposedly a insanely high winning team when having a multigoal lead I think says a lot about how the Oilers played.
