I am pumped.
Huge night for the future of this group. If we have another no show from our big boys and lose I don’t see us winning two in a row let alone one in Florida.
BUT Would also be nice to see other guys chip in. Mcman has what, one assist? Maybe insert Robertson for some offense?
ACC better be rockin’!!!! |

Stolarz back on the ice today. I would ride woll still. See what happens and game 5 then make a decision for game 6. - bryant
Woll played well game 4 but cost us game 3. |

Leafs haven't given up less than 2 goals in any game yet. Not huge drop off from Stolarz to Woll. |

agree. Get some fresh legs and energy in there. McMann and Jamrock out for Kampf and Roberts son? Panthers changed up bottom six a bit when they were down 2-0, wouldn't hurt for us try the same would it? |

Grill and chill I will.
It’s smoky here now tho.
So might just snooze and booze until the smoke clears.

I would rather see Holmberg out for Nicky Robby. Holmboy has been close to useless so far IMO.
Big games are needed from AM34, Mitchy, and the McManimal. If Holmberg was to stay in he needs to step up and contribute in some way.
I don't want to see Jarnkrok out. That 4th line has been pretty money so far during the postseason. |

Agreed. This is make or break for our team. Win and take the momentum back. Lose and I don't see them coming back and winning two games.
If they can't get it done then changes need to be made. Big changes.

I just have visions of Robertson getting scored against if he was in the lineup. |

Man, this might sound funny at first glance but the little hints are starting to become warning signs. Berube is clearly having a hard time getting through to Willy about certain things.
Now, Willy’s offence has been good in the playoffs up until the last couple games. So I’m not criticizing his performance. However, as I’ve always said at some point somethings going give here between Cheif and Styles. Berube puts on this facade that everything’s great, etc.. but these subtle hints in the media are tremors (so to speak). He also said last week, “ Willy doesn’t like when I talk to him.” Sooooo… how are we supposed to interpret this?
To me he’s saying, “I can’t coach him how I want because he’s putting up points, but there’s things I’d like him to change.” He’s very clear about how he feels about the other main players, he never says anything tongue-in-cheek. Once Willy cools off, and he will, then poop will hit the fan. |

Take out Mcman and Holmberg. I appreciate Holmbergs effort, but the guy has no hands. I dont know why you wouldn’t rotate some of these guys in and out of the line up each game. Keep everyone fresh and on their toes. I mean, whats the harm?
I would definitely do that with Robertson, guy seems to have a good game every time he comes back in the lineup, then disappears for 10 games… lol |

It’s always a risk. But he is not that bad defensively, just a bit small to handle some coverage…. I mean, if Nylander is allowed to literally stand in teh defensive end and do nothing, whats the harm?? Lol
BUT Robertson seems to have good games when he comes back in… |

McMann stays in.
He’s starting to make an impact. At least on the physical side of things. He’s got Marchand frustrated. He’s a big body with speed, I think he’s just waking up. |

McMann and Holmberg have the same amount of points as Robertson. They've each played 8 more games than him..

Nylander play can be a concern at times of course, but without him we probably wouldn't even be where we are now. Dude was huge in the round one clinching game and provided the offense we needed in games 1 and 2 of the second round. I'd be more inclined to call Matthews out than worry about Willy.
The.primary job of both players is to provide top level scoring for this team to succeed. One guy is doing it and the other isn't. We're here because Nylander is producing. The series have been close because Matthews isn't. |

No I’m not.
And what does “I’m jaded bias” mean?
When Willy cools off, he won’t his offence to hide behind. That’s what’ll be his downfall. |
