This is why i think Soucy will still be here, especially if they trade Miller. A) they still need two LHD anyway, and B) at least Soucy only has one season left at a reasonable number. He sucks i get it, but there is no commitment to him, and they still need big bodies back there.

Rangers want two new starting LHD. Garikov best avail but older and costly. Byram is a good fit. Provorov not great and costly.

Liked the Spencer pick a lot
Seemed to target bottom pair D men during the draft
Barnhill is intriguing given his skill set, same with with Gonchar
My favorite upside pick was Mikkel Eriksen
Overall- likely a C or so grade. Daily Faceoff really liked their draft

Yea given the lack of a 1st, I think they did pretty well. Had Rangers still had 12 and picked Spencer, it would’ve been a reach but justifiable given the lack of standout talent after the first few picks. Because of that I think it’s a B. If it were me, I’m taking centers after Spencer and Barnhill (whom I like as well).
