Theres no such thing as clear consent. Its an ever fluctuating thing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. I can consent to something and then suddenly decide i no longer consent. With this case there was concerns that the consent video was coersed and even then her consent didnt necessarily cover everything done. In the end the Judge couldn't find anything beyond a reasonable doubt that she did not consent to what was done.

Yeah yeah yeah except her own testimony speaks to actually defend what the players always said. And she lied on top of it. So if she truly was changing her mind about consent she never expressed it or showed it. So is it possible even if she might not have like something she still have consent? I accept that there was not enough evidence to convict. I don't disagree. I accept that the trial took a long time and it was hard for the players.
