No reputable person has backed this up yet... so I'm guessing this a smokescreen for an actual deal to another team in the east either leafs or rangers....
Our package would probably include Scrivens, Kadri, Schenn, and a pick or Kulemin?
Columbus needs a goalie in this package no matter what.

all good. I really don't want to see kreider moved. have been looking forward to him since we drafted him in 09. he has size, skill and can fly. his shot is pretty damn impressive. .

Can't argue with the deal for Kessel, especially given where he is in points and goals, but how the hell does Nash go for Bern, Hunt and Penn and Kessel required 2 firsts?

Pretty amazing that Nash could be had for that package of players. They should have waited for the off season to overpay a goalie and draft Yakupov. Even if there aren't many, I feel bad for CBJ fans because I remember what it was like to have to franchise player traded for less than the team should have gotten for him. |
