With the positive development of many of the young Griffins, room will need to be made at the big club level.

Kane would be nice, I don’t think he is committed to finishing his days in a Red wings uniform and I am concerned about dollars and term. Move on.

Perron is a maybe but needs a one year contract at less than he was paid this year.
There is a place for Fisher on next years club.
How can we move on from Fabbri?

Seider, Edvinsson, Chariot, Walman, Matta, Johansson and Petry unless there is a free agent signing. How do we get rid of Holl? Buy out or trade retaining dollars and gifting a minor league player?

That means at least four rookies making the team and adding energy.

It looks like Kane is likely moving on. Berggren we still don’t know. It’s possible everyone is ready to take another swing but last year seemed to have some signals that he and the club may be parting ways. I do think Mazur will get a shot. In his first two games, granted it’s the AHL post season, Danielson wasn’t able to get a lot of separation. I think Kasper may be higher on the list for call up in case of injury. The club seems to have an appetite to get the prospects on board. Will be an interesting camp and pre season for sure
