I believe the Sens would think hard about trading #7 for Marner. You get either a very good Dman or Iginla for the #7 pick.

Sens have the cap space to cover it off.

But, I think the Leafs would profoundly regret dealing Marner to the Sens.

I think the Leafs are just trying to cool off the fan base and they probably have no intention of taking serious offers on Marner.
